Hourly care is for those interested in just a few sessions, or for a customized amount of time. I charge $45 an hour which includes Sitz baths, pelvic steaming, castor oil packs, belly binding, herbal infusions and remedies, emotional processing, light housework, breastfeeding support and warm nourishing meals. And I highly recommend adding on bodywork!

For deep healing, relaxation and care through your first 40 days postpartum. This package includes 10 visits, 3 days a week for the first 2 weeks and 2 times a week for the following couple weeks (we can also customize into whatever configuration works best for you and your needs). I will be there for 2 hours per session. You will receive everything explained in the hourly care. This package is $950.

For the tender first two weeks. This package includes 5 visits, 3 the first week and 2 the second week (we can also customize this into whatever configuration works best for you and your needs). I will be there for 2 hours per session. You will receive everything explained in hourly care. This package is $500.

I combine Swedish, deep tissue and Ayurvedic lymphatic massage for a customized experience to tend to what your body and spirit are calling for. I also use cupping and a gua sha for deep lymph moving for those that need it. Single bodywork sessions are $85 an hour.
